What are tokens and how are they measured?
Tokens in saasdocs represent the unit of content generation. Specifically, one token equals one article generated from a recorded user workflow. When you use the saasdocs platform, a token is consumed each time you transform a recorded workflow into a fully fleshed-out article.
This system ensures clarity and simplicity: every recorded workflow that is converted into documentation counts as one token, allowing you to easily manage and track your usage.
Which technology is used for content generation?
We leverage OpenAI platform services, specifically OpenAI Vision, to generate high-quality articles from recorded workflows. To ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards, we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with OpenAI. This agreement ensures that all data is processed securely and in strict adherence to GDPR requirements, prioritizing your privacy and data protection.
When will the Help Center be available?
The Help Center feature will be available starting in December, included in the Business Plan and higher tiers.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in a GDPR-compliant manner within the EU, specifically in Germany, at an ISO-certified data center. This ensures the highest standards of security and data protection.
